Data Processing Acknowledgement and Consent Where Required

Version: 2026-08-19

This document accompanies the NeuralSys International Privacy Notice. It is intended for Users of the English-language/international version of NeuralSys.

Controller: NeuralSys.

Privacy contact: neuralsys@mail.ru.

1. What this action means

1.1. By using the separate confirmation button in NeuralSys, I confirm that I have been given access to and have reviewed the International Privacy Notice at https://neuralsys.ru/en/legal/privacy.

1.2. I understand that NeuralSys does not treat this confirmation as the sole legal basis for every processing operation. Where EU GDPR, UK GDPR, or another applicable law applies, core processing may instead be based on performance of the NeuralSys contract, compliance with legal obligations, or legitimate interests where those bases are legally available.

1.3. To the extent that applicable law requires my consent for a specific processing activity described in this document and the Privacy Notice, I give that consent freely and may withdraw it for the future as described below.

2. Core processing necessary to provide NeuralSys

2.1. I understand that requested NeuralSys functions necessarily involve processing information such as my Telegram identifiers, messages, dialogue history, selected settings, relevant context, usage accounting, and technical service records.

2.2. For a requested AI response, NeuralSys may need to transmit necessary parts of my message and relevant context to an AI technology provider. If I do not want the content of a message to be processed for an AI response, I should not submit that message to the AI service.

2.3. Where applicable data-protection law permits this processing on the basis that it is necessary to perform the contract or take steps at my request, NeuralSys relies on that basis rather than pretending that consent is the only basis.

3. Processing for which consent may be relied upon

3.1. Where a particular jurisdiction or processing operation requires consent and no other lawful basis is used, my confirmation applies only to the processing specifically described to me in the Privacy Notice and this document.

3.2. Consent is not intended to waive statutory privacy, consumer, confidentiality, or data-transfer rights.

3.3. NeuralSys must request a new or more specific consent if a materially different processing purpose legally requires one.

4. Sensitive information

4.1. NeuralSys does not require me to provide health information, political opinions, religious beliefs, biometric data, sexual-life information, or other special/sensitive categories merely to create an account.

4.2. I understand that free-form dialogue may allow me to submit sensitive information voluntarily. I should avoid doing so unless it is genuinely necessary for my requested conversation.

4.3. This general confirmation must not be interpreted as an unlimited consent to process every possible category of sensitive data for unrelated purposes. Where applicable law requires explicit or separate consent for particular sensitive-data processing, NeuralSys must obtain the legally required consent or use another lawful condition where available.

5. International transfers

5.1. I understand that the Controller is established in the Russian Federation and that technology providers may be established in other countries. International transfers may therefore occur as described in the Privacy Notice.

5.2. My confirmation of this document does not by itself certify that a particular EU GDPR or UK GDPR international-transfer mechanism exists.

5.3. Where EU GDPR Chapter V or UK international-transfer rules apply, NeuralSys must establish an available transfer mechanism independently of this acknowledgement unless a legally valid consent-based derogation is specifically and lawfully used for the relevant transfer.

5.4. NeuralSys should not use this general confirmation as a routine substitute for Standard Contractual Clauses, an adequacy mechanism, the UK IDTA/Addendum, or another safeguard where the applicable law requires such a mechanism.

6. Withdrawal and consequences

6.1. I may withdraw any consent actually relied upon by NeuralSys by contacting neuralsys@mail.ru or by another withdrawal mechanism made available in the service.

6.2. Withdrawal applies for the future and does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

6.3. Withdrawal of consent does not necessarily stop processing that has another valid legal basis, including processing necessary for contractual settlement, compliance with law, security, or establishment and defence of legal claims.

6.4. If a NeuralSys function cannot technically and lawfully be provided without a processing activity for which no legal basis remains after withdrawal, that function may become unavailable.

7. Confirmation

By pressing the separate confirmation button, I confirm that:

  • I have been given access to the International Privacy Notice;
  • I understand the principal categories, purposes, recipients, and international-transfer issues described there;
  • I understand that different lawful bases may apply to different processing activities;
  • where NeuralSys lawfully relies on my consent for a specific activity covered by this confirmation, I give that consent and understand how to withdraw it;
  • this confirmation is separate from acceptance of the NeuralSys Terms of Service / Public Offer.
